We handle each item with care and ships immediately on receipt of payment.  We take utmost care in shipping and packing each item. It is so important to us that each item arrives whole and undamaged.  We ask for your understanding concerning the cost of this important service. Size, weight, fragility and care in packaging all have to be carefully considered in order to get a treasured work of art to you safely, and efficiently.  Our goal is to get your statue to you without damage; therefore, extra attention must be paid to packaging and shipping.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING - We are experts in the packing and shipping of statuary for their safe arrival. Where ever possible Limil eShore, uses surplus boxes and packing materials to help reduce your overall shipping costs and we use double-thick, corrugated cardboard boxes or wooden box for all deliveries.  Each piece is packed in one layer of packing material then wrapped with extra thick bubble wrap. Then the item is packed with a layer of packing material with at least four inches thick between your bubble wrapped item and the corrugated box or wood crate. Items are shipped via standard ground parcel service or common freight carrier. Shipping prices are depend upon the destination and volume of order. We do our best to estimate shipping delivery times, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Limil eShore is happy to work with customers outside INDIA.  You are requested to contact us for international shipping charges before making payment.Youcan contact us over phone, via e-mail or by filling the Contact Us form of the site. We chargeonly theexact amountwhat postal service department or the courier service providercharges.  We advise our buyersto opt fora shipping insurance coverage against any damage which may incur during the transiting of the goods. Shipping Insurance cost will be extra. Broker and Customs fee, duties, tariffs, etc. are not the responsibility of Limil eShore. Incase of an item returned due to anyfailure of the recipient, Limil eShore is not responsibile to make any refund of payment made against the item.

DELIVERY TIME - We ship your item on the very next of clearence of payment. Please allow 2 - 6 working days to reach your packet. As far as international shipping is concerned, it may take 2 to 6 weeks to reach your packet.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES - The customer is responsible for all applicable duties apply to their countries.  Limil eShore will not be responsible for any delays that occur because of a countries customs laws.

RETURN POLICY - We will take utmost care while packing and despatching items. However, in any case if you receive any item damaged or defective, you should inform us within 2 working days of receipt of item. Our support team will study your case and if necessary you will be asked to retrun the item for replacement. You will be responsibile for safe return of the item at our address within 7 days of receipt of item. We are not liable to pay any postal or courier service charges on this account. The returned product will be exchanged from the manufacturer or supplier and send it you as soon as possible.
